This membership is for:

Artists with operating or project budgets below $50,000/fiscal year/project.

Choosing this option will allow you to book space at AiR Space at the Armory 191 Highland Ave 3rd floor after the following criteria has been met:

Attendance of one site visit/walkthrough sessions available on a bi-weekly basis before any booking can be made.
Agreement/understanding that no loud noises will be made as there are residences adjacent to the space.
Agreement/understanding that the space will be used for art-related purposes.
Agreement/understanding that the space is intended for artists only no unregistered public is allowed in the space without being registered in the system.
Agreement/understanding that maximum capacity is currently 15 people. All persons in addition to the booking artists must be registered in the system as a “guest”.
Agreement that there is a maximum number of hours per week which is limited to 4 hours/week/booking artist.
Agreement/understanding that no storage is allowed without prior arrangements with ArtAssembled staff.
Agreement/understanding that as a booking artist you are responsible for the security and safety of securing the space at the end of each booking with key provided in the lockbox.
Agreement/understanding that as a booking artist you are responsible for the cleanliness of the space by picking up after you are finished and doing a dust mopping of the space at the end of your time.
Agreement/understanding that you are responsible for turning off any lights and/or devices which were turned on during your time in the space.

All policies will be reviewed during the introduction to the space prior to booking the space. There will be an agreement to be signed at that time containing the policy.
